How it works
WikiMCA is a reading of the Companies Act, the LLP Act, and the notifications this desk has checked. It is not an official MCA site.
01
Every answer opens onto its source
A conclusion on this desk names the Act, the rule, the notification, or the form instruction it came from. If that instrument is not on the page, the line is marked not yet verified.
02
The company you set changes the answer
Entity type, capital, turnover, directors and the ROC are stored in this browser. Deadlines that depend on the AGM move when you change that date. An LLP does not inherit the company calendar.
03
A date is either fixed or calculated
30 May for LLP Form 11 is a fixed date. AOC-4 is 30 days from the AGM you entered. The page says which is which. An assumed 30 September AGM is labelled as assumed.
04
An amendment is a new instrument
When a gazette changes a threshold, the note keeps the earlier position and the date the new one takes effect. A later year is not rewritten as if the old rule never existed.
05
What this desk does not do
It does not file a form, hold your MCA login, or speak for the Ministry. Stamp duty, GST and tax treaties are named only where a Companies Act or LLP rule actually reaches them.
