  • PAS-3

    Return of allotment within 30 days, including bonus and private placement.

  • Private placement

    Identified persons, banking channels, no public advertisement, allotment before the next offer.

  • PAS-6

    Half-yearly reconciliation for unlisted public companies, within 60 days of each half year.

  • BEN-2

    Company’s return of significant beneficial owners, within 30 days of BEN-1.

  • Charges

    CHG-1 within 30 days of creation. CHG-4 when the charge is satisfied.
