ROC jurisdictions split in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai and Kolkata

S.O. 4850(E) establishes ten Registrar offices under section 396 for companies. S.O. 4849(E) establishes the same ten offices under section 68A for LLPs. The district tables match, except Kolkata-I: companies get the district of Kolkata only, while LLPs also get Sikkim. Both notifications, as first printed, commenced on 1 January 2026. S.O. 6112(E) substitutes 16 February 2026 for companies. S.O. 6113(E) substitutes 16 February 2026 for LLPs. Neither amendment changes a district.
