Check
A review of whether the filings that should exist for this company are visible. The live pull is not switched on. Nothing on this page has looked up a CIN.
What you would give
The CIN or the LLPIN, and the year. For the forms the public master does not list, a filing-history export from the company’s own MCA login. WikiMCA will not take the MCA password.
What a finished check returns
This table is the shape of the result. The words are not this company’s position.
| Item | From outside | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Last balance sheet date | Seen | The master shows the date. It does not show whether the board’s report was complete. |
| Last AGM date | Seen | Compared with section 96. A date on the master is not the minutes. |
| AOC-4 or MGT-7 SRN | Not on the free master | Needs the company’s own MCA filing history, which the user exports. We do not ask for an MCA password. |
| Open charges | Seen | An open charge is visible. The instrument is not re-read. |
| Director KYC | Separate DIN lookup | Each DIN, not the company master. |
| Register of members, stamped transfers, minute book | Cannot be seen | No public source has these. The checklist stays the place to tick them. |
How it gets built
- Read the public MCA master for that CIN: status, office, last AGM, last balance sheet, directors, open charges.
- Read each director’s DIN status on the public DIN lookup.
- Compare those dates with the same rules the checklist already uses.
- Where the master is silent, ask for the filing-history export. Match SRNs to AOC-4, MGT-7 or MGT-7A, ADT-1 and DIR-12.
- Mark everything else “cannot be seen”. Minutes, registers and stamp duty never come from MCA.
The free checklist is the person ticking their own work. Check is the same list, filled from the record instead of from memory.
