Filing fee

Two different fees. The document fee is what most forms use. The registration fee is what incorporation and an increase of capital use. Stamp duty is neither of them.

Document fee

₹600

Less than ₹1 lakh is ₹200. Then ₹300, ₹400, ₹500, and ₹600 once nominal capital is ₹1 crore or more. PAS-3 and INC-6 instruction kits print this table.

SPICe+ registration fee

₹5,06,000

₹36,000 once nominal capital exceeds ₹10 lakh, then ₹300, ₹100 and ₹75 for every ₹10,000 or part. The portion above ₹36,000 is capped at ₹2.5 crore.
