Increase in capital
SH-7 charges the difference between the registration fee on the new capital and the fee on the old capital. If that difference is zero, the ordinary document fee is used instead.
Not printed
For any other company, the ₹36,000 base used here applies once nominal capital exceeds ₹10 lakh. No rupee is printed at or below that line. ₹36,000 once nominal capital exceeds ₹10 lakh, then ₹300, ₹100 and ₹75 for every ₹10,000 or part. The portion above ₹36,000 is capped at ₹2.5 crore.
VerifiedSH-7 instruction kit — MCA’s worked example is ₹1,66,000 on ₹60 lakh, less ₹2,000 on ₹10 lakh for an OPC or small company. Table 3 is 2.5% a month up to six months and 3% a month beyond.
