- After a special resolution, where the office leaves the local limits.
- After the Regional Director’s order, where the Registrar or the State changes.
Attachments
- Proof of the office
- Owner’s no-objection
- Utility bill as the instruction kit specifies
Steps
- Decide which of the four routes applies.
- Pass only the resolution that route requires.
- File INC-22 within 30 days of the change, and only after INC-23 where the route needs the Regional Director.
Questions
- Does Bengaluru use a different form from Mumbai?
- No. INC-22 is the same form. A move from Mumbai to Pune changes the Registrar, so the Regional Director confirms it before INC-22. A move inside Bengaluru does not.
